Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual with Teleflora RTI Point of Sale experience to join our team and as a Nationwide Order Specialist to coordinate with partner florists all over the U.S.

Your role is critical to ensure our customers have the best experience they’ve had with any florist, ever.

This is a fully remote position and only candidates with experience using Teleflora’s RTI system for incoming and outgoing partner florist orders will be considered. Proven experience with wire orders via another platform may be considered.

Position can be full time or part time and hours are very flexible but will need to conform to an agreed schedule so we can be sure our customer’s orders are being serviced at the critical times of each day.

Successful applicants will possess:

Prior Teleflora RTI experience is strongly preferred. RTI is not a program you can study up on and learn before applying, you’ll be asked to prove competence with a series of questions and quick exercises during the interview. If you already know why you need to F9 from the F8, we’d love to e-meet you.

Customer service experience, telephone work and typing experience will be viewed positively. Your work will include calling florists all over the country to ask about their floral availability while considering the photo our customer wants us to replicate and sending and monitoring the orders electronically via RTI.
