Food importer and distributor seeks data entry generalist for wholesale accounts. Responsibilities include

• Accurately entering orders received over the phone or via email; promptly following up with customers to finalize orders
• Answering phones and providing customer support
• Light book-keeping (preparing bank deposits, sending customer statements, following up on overdue accounts, reviewing truck and supply invoices)
• Helping in other fields as necessary

Requirements:

• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Experienced with spreadsheets or data systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to juggle multiple deadline-oriented tasks
• Equally comfortable working independently and as part of team
