We are looking for a property management bookkeeper to handle various accounting, finance, and billing details for multifamily real estate. The Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company. We are seeking an individual who has a positive outgoing attitude capable of working with a diverse group of customers and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Managing full cycle of accounting activities for the company
• Processing and overseeing daily functions of the A/P and A/R
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct accounts
• Manage employee payroll
• Assist in collecting delinquent rent deposits
• Handle eviction paperwork
• Assist in completion end of month close procedures

Skills

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• Excellent customer service skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
