Freeman’s Custom Cabinets Hiring for Customer Service Chat Representative II at Charlotte, NC Full Time

What You’ll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by being emphatic and professional in every interaction
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction.
• Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
• Coordinate with help desk staff to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline preferred
• Exceptional customer service, active listening and verbal and written communication skills,
• Understanding of company products, services and policies
• Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software and strong typing skills.
• Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
• Strong time management and decision-making skills
• Adaptability and accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $27.00 per hour
