Freelance Video Editor – Color Correction Full Time

This role focuses on enhancing a short indoor video clip captured under harsh overhead lighting. The primary objective is to correct color imbalances, specifically addressing a green/blue tint, and to achieve more natural skin tones. The editor will be responsible for increasing image contrast, reducing flatness, and minimizing the impact of overhead lighting. Subtle face balancing and background separation may be required to improve the overall visual appeal. Consistency in color grading throughout the moving footage is essential, and light stabilization should be applied to address minor camera shake without introducing distortion or excessive cropping. The project is a personal video intended for sharing with friends and family, and a sample frame will be provided for an initial test edit. Honest feedback on the achievable results with the provided footage is highly valued.
