We are looking for an experienced full-cycle Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! *As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for all positions ranging from sales, administration, operations, and management. You will serve as a strategic partner working with hiring managers and executive leadership to identify talent needs, developing creative recruiting strategies and sourcing techniques, screening candidates via phone/virtual interviews, submitting qualified candidates to hiring team and extending job offers. In addition to the recruiting duties, you will mentor, coach and provide successful leadership to a team of recruiters advancing their skillset. This is a non-remote position and will work on-site at our Austin HQ!*
The role will be good for you if:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of prior high-volume full-cycle recruiting in renewable energy, construction, or a related industry. 2+ years of prior recruiting experience in a senior, team lead or management capacity strongly preferred
• Prior experience building a successful recruitment program to meet business needs and growth
• Have a metrics driven and goals-oriented mindset. You will consistently meet the recruitment KPI
• Multi-state recruitment strongly preferred
• You’re highly experienced in sourcing quality candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms

Essential Duties:

• Collaborating with business partners and directors to align the need for talent with business goals.
• Managing high volume full-cycle recruitment for variety of position ranging from Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Administrative, Operations, Technical, Management and Director level roles
• Consulting/partnering with hiring managers to discover staff needs, requirements and specific job objectives.
• Running weekly recruiting meeting with team to forecast work week, review hiring progress and other recruitment related topics
• Providing training, coaching, and mentoring with team of recruiter to assist with development and growth.
• Posting descriptions on career and job boards. Sourcing candidates by using databases and social media.
• Creating and implementing successful recruiting processes and procedures (i.e job requisitions request forms, hiring manager in-take forms, etc.)
• Conducting initial phone and/or video interviews. Providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Assisting hiring managers with recruiting methods and interview questions.
• Staying up to date with current recruiting methods and best practices.
• Attending regional job fairs and careers events.
• Running reports and providing monthly recruitment metrics to members of executive team
• Completing other duties and projects as assigned by HR Manager and Chief Administrative Officer

The knowledge, skills, and abilities you should have:

• Ability to coach, mentor, and training recruiters to maximize full potential
• Prior HRIS/ATS experience; ADP strongly preferred
• Proven sourcing using Boolean searching, recruiting and interviewing skills in high-volume capacity
• Familiarity with relevant employment laws (local, state and federal)
• Ability to work independently under general direction
• Ability to problem solve and handle non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office. Google Docs and HRIS/ATS
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability navigate conflict, seeking positive, mutually beneficial outcomes
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
• Processes and detail-oriented
• Good judgment and the ability to ask for help when needed
• Ability to work with diverse and strong personalities to drive results in fast-paced environment
