Freedom Solar Power is looking for an energetic Recruiter to join our growing team!You will serve as a strategic partner with our leaders to source and hire the best talent. As a Recruiter, you will responsible for full-cycle recruitment this includes processing job requisitions, candidate sourcing, application screening, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers. This is a non-remote position.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Managing high-volume full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions ranging from Marketing, Sales, Operations, Installers, Electricians, to Service Technicians.
• Consulting/partnering with hiring managers to discover staff needs, requirements, and specific job objectives.
• Posting descriptions on career and job boards. Sourcing candidates by using databases and social media.
• Evaluating and screening resumes and cover letters. Conducting initial phone and/or virtual interviews. Providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Building a pipeline of candidates using various recruiting channels.
• Staying up to date with current recruiting methods and best practices.
• Attending regional job fairs and career events.
• Providing monthly recruitment metrics and attending recruitment meetings.
• Completing other duties and projects as assigned by Talent Acquisition Director.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting; renewable energy, construction, utilities, or related field strongly preferred.
• Prior candidate sourcing experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms required.
• Prior recruiting experience with a staffing agency or solar installer.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Can adapt to change quickly based on business needs.
• Desire to work as a team with results and a metrics-driven approach.
• Ability to prioritize requisitions, stay organized, and learn!
• A positive can-do attitude!

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Prior ATS experience, Lever exp strongly preferred.
• Proven recruiting and interviewing skills in a high-volume role.
• Familiarity with relevant employment laws.
• Ability to work independently under general direction.
• Ability to problem solve and handle non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interpreting guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Processes and detail-oriented.
• Good judgment and the ability to ask for help when needed.
• Ability to work with diverse and strong personalities to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
