What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team based in North Ryde, for an initial six month contract (with potential for permanency). Now is the perfect time to join our P&C team having recently launched our new Employee Value Proposition, which will help you to attract, engage and retain top tier talent for our retail and head office roles. We are also launching a number of people centred initiatives that rely on us securing the right talent, which is where you come in.

Managing a high-volume portfolio, you will:
Run the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide variety of roles – any one day could see you switching from sales to visual merchandising, warehouse, product design or IT roles.

Build effective working relationships with stakeholders from store level up to our senior leaders.

Partner with Hiring Managers on their recruitment processes, providing coaching and guidance on best practice when required.

Work in partnership with the P&C team to recommend improvements on our processes.

Deliver a remarkable candidate experience from your first phone screen, through to offer.

Who you are

A talent professional from a recruitment agency or internal background, with a couple of years’ experience under belt.

Able to think on your feet and juggle competing priorities.

Collaborative in the way you work, with the ability to influence your stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail.
