There is a full training system in place to take you from where you are to wherever you want to go as long as you are willing to invest the sweat. You can work one day/week or 7. Part-timers are doing $50,000 plus. Full-timers are doing $200K plus after 3 years. THIS IS 100% COMMISSION. I am not saying that it is easy and I AM SAY IT IS WORTH IT.

We are interested in the team players who are going to chase the $ because $ won’t chase YOU.

Responsibilities:

• PERSONALLY presenting and selling insurance policies THRU ZOOM until you are proficient enough to train others
• Evaluate families’ needs and offer a suitable solution to fit the needs and budget
• Resolve leads by uncovering the needs thru the phone qualification
• Work with both warm and cold markets for sales and interviewing for partners
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• on team and individual performance
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients and agents
• Oversee and coordinate YOUR TEAM’S sales team activities

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, and customer service, is helpful but we will train ANYONE WHO IS HUNGRY
• Willing to learn technology as required. (Phone, Computer, Zoom, ETC.) MUST BE HUNGRY
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful but we will train ANYONE WHO IS HUNGRY
• Strong leadership qualities are helpful but we will train ANYONE WHO IS HUNGRY
• The ability to build rapport with clients is helpful but we will train ANYONE WHO IS HUNGRY
