Position Summary:
The Director of Talent Acquisition – Operations is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition – Operations team, designing strategies for attracting qualified candidates and implementing screening processes that result in successful onboarding. The Director of Talent Acquisition – Operations will be responsible for improving the operational recruitment processes, the development of the employment brand and maintaining the talent pipelines for the Operations Department. The role will work closely with the Operations Leadership Team in building strong partnerships throughout the company, with a strong focus on bringing meaningful, best practice approaches to Freedom Forever ’s talent management practices. This role will drive execution excellence and will partner with the VP of Operations and Talent Acquisition Manager in designing talent strategy, leveraging and maximizing the Freedom Forever brand within the scope of the Operations Department. This role is responsible for leveraging technology to streamline the talent acquisition and onboarding process, resulting in qualified candidates and positive new employee experiences.
