You’ll spend your time engaging top hourly talent in the market and getting them excited about the work we do. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruiting process. You’ll post roles, interview & evaluate candidates, manage relationships with multiple leaders and, serve as an advisor to our General Managers and restaurant leaders, prioritizing diversity and ensuring the interview process is inclusive, and, finally, offer negotiation.

Responsibilities
· Recruit and hire hourly Tribe and Shift Leaders.
· Full life cycle internal and external recruiting including sourcing, conducting phone screens, coordinating and conducting interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
· Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool through high volume phone evaluations, make the hiring decision, provide regular updates and reporting to General Managers and Talent Acquisition Manager.
· Deliver Best In Class candidate experiences.
· Proactively support, educate, and advocate for internal talent.
· Partner with HR, and the training department to ensure employees are supported through their career development.
· Champion inclusion and diversity in the recruitment process to drive team results.
· Support new restaurant openings (NROs) hiring plan and events through hiring restaurant crew and shift leaders.
· Assess candidate information, track candidates through the process, and report on the hiring status.
· Manage job postings in internal ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods.
· Anticipate staffing needs and staffing fluctuations, communicate hiring needs.
· Participate in regional meetings with market leaders to gather market intel and ensure properly staffed market.
· Ensure proper use of the Applicant Tracking System including online application, recruitment, and onboarding through effective training and communication. Troubleshoot applicant tracking system issues as needed.
· Maintain relationships and provide positive experience with external candidates to build a pipeline of top talent.
· Identify local, industry-specific and/or college job fairs; Partner with Operations to staff and ensure necessary recruitment material and supplies.
· Supports the restaurant leadership team by coordinating all aspects of hiring events, advertising, posting, and managing the budget.
· Create and participate in recruiting training sessions with restaurant managers and above restaurant managers.
· Communicate recruiting progress, efforts, and outcomes regularly.
· Use metrics and reporting to understand assigned hiring market.
· Lead and/ or participate in special projects that support continuous business process improvement.
· Build and leverage network (business resource groups, professional organizations with a focus on diversity) to become a subject matter expert in creative recruitment.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
· Preferred 2+ years recruiting in the restaurant, retail or hospitality field
· Knowledge of sourcing techniques using social media and experience using LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook to identify and engage talent
· Strong internet search and social networking skills that enables one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline
· Must have strong sense of urgency in recruiting and moving candidate along in the process
· Strong time management and organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple jobs and candidates, providing accurate and timely status updates to hiring managers
· Excellent communication and follow up skills by using appropriate methods
· Position based in office, but 15% travel will be required
