Freddie Mac Hiring for Information Security Senior – IAM Onboarding Full Time

Position Overview:

IAM Operations and Strategy – Senior Business Analyst supports day-to-day operational governance of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. Will develop and train on relevant IAM standard methodologies, develop and support IAM business processes, and develop and implement ongoing IAM business process improvements with limited oversight by managers. The role will work closely with IAM operations, corporate communication organizations, and business area stakeholders on IAM business process development activities and alignment of IAM processes with InfoSec maturity targets as described in the InfoSec Strategy.

Applies expertise to develop and implement new and updated business processes for all IAM activities. Develops and proposes (for management and stakeholder review) strategies to reduce security risk in the organization by implementing procedural prevention, detection, and response measures, while still enabling positive business outcomes. This function is a main point of contact for internal and external customer service. The activities of the role are critical to the overall operational effectiveness of the InfoSec program. This position works with the Information Security Solutions Manager.

In this position you will:

• Partner with internal clients to configure interfaces between business products and security tools
• Provide oversight and review of access security configurations on business products and infrastructure
• Maintain onboarding and compliance status within enterprise technology portfolio
• Support ing requests for compliance status per business product

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years’ related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge and experience with business analysis processes, techniques, and tools (e.g., voice of customer, customer journey, process flow diagrams, decision trees, Visio, PowerPoint, formal documentation, etc.) preferably in the Financial Services Industry

• Team-oriented interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with a broad range of peoples and roles
