Position Overview:

CX Design and Facilitation and Education team is looking for a passionate human centered practitioner to help create and facilitate design thinking workshops for business partners across the organization. The successful candidate will also help introduce and teach the LUMA system to employees throughout the organization and support them as they grow in their CX maturity.

Your Impact:

The ideal candidate is a CX practitioner, passionate about human centered design. The Design Facilitation and Education Manager will help change how we work, how we think, and what we know, about our clients. You will help create a customer-led culture by delivering exceptional educational experiences to support collaboration and innovative thinking. You will design and facilitate design workshops for enterprise leaders to create future state processes, define teams’ Vision Mission and Strategy and perform annual planning.. You will collaborate with subject matter experts from other teams to deliver value across Single-Family Divisions.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience developing and facilitating design strategy sessions

• Passion for teaching human centered design (HCD) techniques

• Outstanding storytelling, written, presentation, and facilitation skills

• Experience presenting to and interacting with senior-level leaders

• Experience using collaboration and design tools, including Mural and LUMA

• Experience working with Agile/Modern Delivery Teams

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

• Ability to coordinate and prioritize while working on multiple, simultaneous projects of varied size and complexity

Preferred skills:

• LUMA Certification

• B2B customer experience expertise

• Experience in financial services and understanding of the mortgage industry

• Experience in Strategy and Roadmap development
