INSTRUCTIONAL PROFICIENCY
Supporting teachers to hold all students to high and consistent behavioral expectations.
Assisting teachers, students, and parents in the effective creation and implementation of individual behavior plans to maximize instructional time on task.
Helping to reinforce the effective use of a school-wide behavior plan, including managing the school’s demerit and rubric systems to maximize instructional time on task.
Ensuring that the physical environment of the school reinforces school culture and facilitates student achievement.

Is a risk-taker who is willing to try new and innovative approaches to classroom management and engagement in addition to effective practices that have been implemented for years.
Is results-oriented; Is able to analyze, understand and organize data to drive culture and lower discipline infractions.

Participate in the design and implementation of systems to assess culture and discipline.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred experience in an urban public school or charter school setting.
3 years of teaching experience and administrative license preferred.
