Job Description

This role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract and is based out of our Shirebrook Head Office

Supporting the Recruitment Partner with sourcing, selection and qualification of candidates for various roles across our IT/Head Office estate

Using job adverts, Linkedin and our Applicant Tracking System to review applications and create shortlists

Liaising with candidates to book in interviews, gather feedback, and answer general recruitment queries

Handling candidate onboarding, sending offer letters and gathering information for contracts

Working closely with the Recruitment Partner to ensure detailed job briefs are conducted accurately

Maintaining key recruitment reporting on areas such as, pipeline activity levels, hires and candidate volumes

Ensuring all candidates have a positive recruitment experience and serving as a tireless brand advocate for Frasers Group and our values

Working alongside other Resourcers to support with other functions as and when required

Qualifications

Administrative or HR experience, recruitment experience is advantageous not essential.

Strong communication skills, you must be confident spending a lot of time on the phone and be able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders

Determined and resilient, must have the drive to deal with challenging situations and stay focussed on the task at hand

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced commercial business and prioritise a busy workload

Quick learner, able to pick up new systems and technical vocabulary effectively
