As Part Time Warehouse Elevation People support, you will play a critical support role working as part of our Warehouse People team. Our c5,000 warehouse colleagues are a mix of contracted Managers and Associates who are employed by Frasers Group and our Agency Partners.
Working 20 hours per week, ideally 2-6pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility.
The Operations teams at our Shirebrook site are responsible for managing a vast range of fast-moving inventory; from deliveries into the warehouse facility to put-away, pick, pack and shipping to our customers and stores, they work hard to ensure that our customers receive what they want, when they want it.
Based in our impressive state of the art 2m square foot Shirebrook Distribution Centre – that’s over 30 Football pitches! It is one of the most advanced warehouses within the UK.

Job Description
General administration/customer service related tasks to support the Warehouse People team and its deliverables such as;
Supporting Agency Audits including Candidate Packs (right to work and modern slavery principles), reward and payroll practice, sharing findings and approach to resolution and make recommendations that support a positive employee experience alongside mitigating any risk for the business
Producing ad-hoc reports, presentations and supporting communication activities
Monitoring and reporting on market intelligence through network and Agency Partners
Logging and tracking reward and pay queries, liaising with the Group Finance, HR and Payroll teams in addition to the Recruitment Agency teams.
Supporting the scheduling and co-ordination of the Warehouse Managers Without Limits Programme working through attendance and liaison with key stakeholders
Supporting Recruitment processes such as management of the ATS; interview invites, processing offers of employment through to handover to Group HRSS.
Monitoring of the main HR inbox during team members’ absence/holidays and assigning to relevant Advisor/Manager
Cover to process POs and invoices with accuracy and an eye for detail, checking for any errors submitted by our suppliers or internal teams
Developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and championing Frasers values and the Warehouse Commitments in everything you do
Maintaining the integrity of all data and adherence to GDPR and confidentiality expected in a HR environment
Qualifications
Ideal candidate – what we’re seeking
Proven administration support experience essential
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel), HR information & Payroll systems would be advantageous
Effective verbal and written communication including English language
Hands-on and employee-obsessed with a customer service approach to all stakeholders
Ability to develop credible and trusting working relationships
Possess strong problem solving and analytical capability
Highly organised with effective time management
Flexible and adaptable; not fazed by conflicting, changing or busy workloads with accountability
Able to deal with confidential information alongside integrity with a ‘can do’ attitude
