Job Description

We are looking for a HR Systems Administrator to join our growing team, you will monitor, configure and support the applications used by the HR Team, as well producing company reports on the data held by these systems.

Administering and configuring systems across Payroll, Talent and Onboarding, eLearning and T&A

Monitoring and resolving system issues, responding to alerts and pre-empting issues

Performing hands-on fixes, including software changes, version upgrades, reporting updates/fixes and configuration changes

Monitoring support incident tickets and responding to queries/issues

Writing and maintaining accurate configuration and support documentation

Qualifications

Entry level role, 1-2 years experience or less

A strong interest in IT and utilising technology to improve efficiencies

Experience with SQL and Power BI either commercially or in personal time

Excellent administration and organisational skills including strong verbal and written English

Ability to prioritise multiple tasks along with strong attention to detail

Excel Formulas and Pivot Tables

Exposure to Kronos and iTrent an advantage
