Job Description

We are currently looking for a proactive and organised Slovak-speaking HR Administrator to join our EMEA HR team based in London Stratford with flexibility in hybrid working. The role requires providing admin support to HR Advisor covering the full employee lifecycle. Frasers Group has extensive plans to expand the business in Europe which will lead to major career development opportunities.

Undertaking pre-employment screening activity

Input employee data into HR systems

Assist with the documentation of new starters and leavers including contracting

Maintain accurate HR records in all HR systems

Compile and maintain digital and electronic employee records

Assist with the monthly payroll processes

Qualifications

Fluent in Slovak

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Administration background

Comfortable with MS Excel (sumif / vlookup formulas level)

Enjoying working with data daily
