Job title: Finance Graduate Elevation Programme

Location: Shirebrook (Commutable from areas such as Sheffield, Nottingham & Loughborough)

The Frasers Group Finance Elevation Programme will fast-track exceptional individuals to peak performance within three years through exposure to each of the teams within the Finance Division. You’ll undertake a cutting-edge training course to fully prepare you for a career in finance and work towards a fully-accredited ACA qualification.

Join our three year rotational fast track Finance Graduate Elevation Programme, where you will get exposure to activities in our core finance departments: management accounts, finance planning and accounting, group accounts, tax, treasury, accounts payable, internal audit and credit control. Your experience will begin with an immersive orientation programme to set you up for unlimited success. After which you will live and breathe the fundamentals of finance here at Frasers Group. Working within teams that impact on Group performance, supporting key commercial decisions and taking central roles on projects that will help you gain first hand experience of finance operations in a global company.

You’ll have:

• Graduate, with a 2:1 min
• Some practical work experience would be great, but is not essential
• Passionate about a career in finance and with a desire for personal development
