What we are looking for:

An opportunity exists in the Talent & Retention team, this role provides a high level of customer experience for internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive end to end recruitment service across Council in a rewarding and enriching environment.

Reporting to the Talent & Retention Business Partner, you will be seen as a subject matter expert, providing sound advice, guidance and support to hiring managers. You will organise and plan recruitment activities and ensure robust, fair and consistent selection. At all times you will ensure candidates receive a great experience and promote the business in a positive way. Your initiative will be encouraged as we look for opportunities to streamline processes and systems by coming up with contemporary solutions.

What you should have to apply:

• Proven senior level administration skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an excellent attention to detail
• Build strong professional relationships with hiring managers and the candidates to create a positive recruitment experience
• Have a continuous improvement mind set as we strive to provide a better service
• Strong communications skills with a good level of situational sensitivity
• Be highly organised with great time management skill
• A current QLD Class C driver’s licence is essential.
