Senior Administrator
Location Rugby

We are recruiting for a highly experienced administrator to join a friendly and busy team based in the Rugby location. Your role will be supporting an extremely busy function working closely across multiple departments; including HR/Finance / Warehousing /quality assisting with the day-to-day operations.
This role involves a structured approach, therefore we are looking for individuals that are extremely organised, and confident that can take full ownership of their daily responsibilities. This opportunity would be ideal for someone who enjoys working in challenging and fast-paced environments.
· Provision of a general administration service within the organization providing particular support within the HR function, Finance, Recruitment and Warehousing functions.
· Generation of monthly/weekly HR reports and maintain KPIs including headcount, sickness and turnover, and Learning Hours (using MS Excel)
· Writing and generating letters as required
· Maintaining the SAP database / File management / Record keeping
· Coordination / Scheduling of learning and development activities within the organization
· Supporting HR / Recruitment function with the Preparation of induction packs and employee onboarding/ HR administration
· Supporting HR with the coordination of training for management across the business
· Diary management for management across the warehousing function
· Responsible for arranging and coordinating senior management meetings via telephone, teams, and Face to face
· preparing agendas, taking minutes, actions
· Supporting finance with PO’s for any outstanding Invoicing
· Facilities Management / Stationery orders/ Expenses
· Supporting the management team within the warehousing function with a wide range of administration duties
· Ad hoc administration support
· Health and safety administration
· Improving and implementing new office processes and procedures
Skill required:
· Excellent IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Previous experience in PA/Senior Administration /Operational level
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Experience supporting Multiple divisions Level
· Highly organised and excellent attend to detail

Salary: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
