Full Job Description
Fletcher Elementary School anticipates the need for a full-time classroom teacher beginning in the 2023-2024 school year. The successful candidate will possess a working knowledge of the Workshop Model and best practices in literacy and math instruction. The ability to create a respectful, welcoming classroom community where students feel a sense of belonging and safety is essential. A proven track record of being a positive contributor to a school environment is a must as strong collaboration is a core value at this school.
