Join a prestigious not for profit healthcare association in the UK, who are seeking an Applications Support Consultant with a strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM background, from a functional and technical knowledge standpoint.

This Applications Support Consultant role has a breadth of responsibility, and the successful candidate will be mapping business processes and requirements to the features and best practices of the solutions for end clients, working between an external Microsoft NAV supplier and end user requirements.

The successful Applications Support Consultant candidate will:

• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (MS D365), with proficiency in developing, deploying, customising and integrating Microsoft Dynamics
• Skills in Microsoft Business Central
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision 2018 (Microsoft NAV)
• Understanding of Dashboards and ing
• Excellent communication skills for end user / external client communications
• An interest in Generative AI (Artificial Intelligence)
