Having recently completed our Series-A fund raise, we’re a team of 50 and we are seeking exceptional talent to help us in the next stage of the Frankie journey.
The role
We are looking for a fantastic business focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our people team. This role is a crucial addition to help FrankieOne go from startup to scaleup. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work with hiring managers to pipeline and recruit top talent whilst providing an amazing candidate experience. This role will identify and manage talent pipelines whilst ensuring the sustainability of the FrankieOne brand in the market to ensure we continue to attract the right people for the right role across both technology and business focused roles.
Own business focused recruitment. Manage the end to end recruitment process from advertisement to offer for a variety of roles both on the business side and engineering side of the business.

FrankieOne is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia however we have offices in Sydney, Seattle and employees all over the world. Both of our offices in Australia are high-energy co-sharing offices surrounded by lots of other start-ups and small tech companies. If you are located in Australia we catch up over breakfast on a Tuesday, sweet things on a Thursday and cheese and drinks on a Friday. Trivia, competitions and wellbeing initiatives are also important and part of the Frankie way.

For those located in physical offices we have a flexible work-from-home policy but do encourage our staff to come into the office on at least Wednesdays and Fridays so we can maintain our vibrant culture and use these days for team collaboration / problem-solving.
