Frank Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant in central London office, with a salary of £28k and the opportunity to earn as much as £100k through uncapped commission.

If you’re wondering what a Senior Recruitment Consultant role would entail:

• Engaging in world-class training on systems & processes
• Enjoying cloud technology training specific to the platform you would be recruiting for, to enable you to stand out amongst the competition
• Develop relationships with existing and new hiring managers to win business

• Identify new clients and contacts using a variety of tools including Phoenix (Salesforce CRM), LinkedIn, job boards and leads.

• Build a network of new highly sought after, candidates specific to your market
• Generate commercial leads through speaking with candidates.
• Telephone interviewing prospective candidates to assess suitability for roles.

To apply, you will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, from any industry. You will also need the following:

• A confident telephone manner when speaking with managers and candidates
• A proven billing history
• Experience in business development
• A desire to succeed and earn uncapped commission.

Salary: £28,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
