Reception

· Control access to building via front door using intercom/camera

· Welcome all visitors to Ostaco

· Answer all incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate person/department

· Arrange courier for shipping of items via FedEx/Purolator as required.

· Accept all courier deliveries and direct packages to appropriate personnel

· Accept mail delivery and distribute to appropriate personnel

· Scan and email transport trucking logs every Monday

_ Customer Service Control_

· Use server info processing program to log all new orders in Orders to be entered log

· Review all emails sent to admin.

· Save PDF of all new orders for customer service to process

· Save emails and PDF copies of all quote requests and log on the orders to be entered log

· Notify Customer Service team of rushes required by dealers.

· Filing of packing slips once Finance has finished invoicing.

· Assisting Marketing with assembly of samples ie. Stain chains, SDL chains as required.

Inside Sales

· Assist all walk-in clients in showroom

· Maintain cleanliness of showroom/keep brochures stocked in showroom

· Assist clients when requested.

Sales Support

· Assists sales team by coordinating food etc. when sales have clients in for meetings/training.

Back Up for Service Department

· Act as back up for service department to cover vacations/sick days etc. by answering service calls, understanding service schedule and assisting service coordinator as needed.

Experience in windows and doors industry an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $52,500.00 per year
