We are looking to expand the People Team at Franco Manca with the addition of a talented Recruitment Manager with the possibility to bring in their own ideas and put a mark on what is a very important part of what we do: our People.

It will take energy, great communication skills, experience in recruitment and a willingness to get involved in everything regarding our People. A bit about the role…

Reporting to the Head of People, the successful Recruitment Manager will manage the full recruitment across the sites for our FOH/BOH Management teams and Central team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and hard-working individual to develop their career as a Recruitment professional within a ever so growing brand that has the welfare of our teams at heart.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing reporting, vacancy lists, succession planning and the continuous development of the overall recruitment and selection process
• Looking after the compliance of all the recruitment procedures and employee journey.
• Daily management of our Applicant Tracking System , posting roles, adding users and general improvements;
• Continuously and proactively, source and attract top talent, utilising existing recruitment tools and introducing new ones ;
• Ensure an engaging and positive onboarding and welcoming for all candidates;
• Guide restaurant managers on effective recruitment & selection methods along with our trainers from the Franco Academy
• Continuously innovate to find candidate sources and new and engaging ways to attract top talent.

A bit about you…

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Manager within an ideally Hospitality setting
• Be self motivated, proactive and hands on;
• Excellent communication skills, able to speak with candidates and manage multiple relationships;
• Excellent presentation and the ability to represent our people effectively;
• Have a genuine passion for people and food.

Salary: From £36,000.00 per year
