Franciscan Ministries Hiring for Receptionist- Evenings Full Time

• Answer multi-line telephone; distribution of calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
  
  Maintains client confidentiality to outside callers. Takes written messages for clients and associates as necessary.
• Greets and directs all authorized visitors and vendors. Responsible for signage of
  
  confidentiality agreements of all authorized visitors and vendors and completion of Visitors
  Sign-In/Sign-Out log.
• Give tours to prospective residents/family members.
• Accepts and records payments received in the mail and at the window.
• Opens and distributes mail to proper persons.
• Keep track of and order supplies.
• Makes accurate disbursement of residents’ trust fund.
• Performs clerical duties for department heads as necessary.
• Provides team spirit by cross training to help others within the office.

Required skills and qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, some undergraduate work or Jr. College in Administrative field preferred
• 1-2 years administrative/reception work, 3-5 years of experience preferred
