The Village at Victory Lakes is a vibrant senior living community in Lindenhurst, Illinois. The Village at Victory Lakes is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, assisted living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care. Additionally, the on-site rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community.
The Village at Victory Lakes, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is hiring a Finance Assistant who is customer focused to become a part of a healthcare company whose mission is to celebrate life and serve with joy. We currently have a full-time position available.

Hours available in Skilled Nursing:
- Full time: Monday – Friday. 8:30am to 5:00pm
Location: The Village at Victory Lakes, 1055 E Grand Ave, Lindenhurst, IL 60046
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recording Census Changes
- Accounts Payable
- Billing
- Collection
Required skills and qualifications:
- Data Entry experience required
- 3-5 years of long term health care billing experience required
- Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements experience preferred but not required.
