Exciting opportunity for an opening for a Brand Education Manager at Framesi North America! Framesi is a world leader in premium haircolor and care products that has been dedicated to the support of the professional hairdresser since its founding in 1945.
The education department at Framesi North America is looking to add a full-time Brand Education Manager with related experience to take an active role in crafting, developing, implementing and assessing various educational programs and initiatives. This position will have the responsibility of participating in a central role of the continued growth of the Company that includes working individually and with fellow team members, independent educators and field sales staff.
The Brand Education Manager will report to the Director of Business Planning and will be responsible for various elements of the education department which is a key driver of the success of the Company. This role will work closely along side field staff sales team members as well as receive and monitor feedback from education classes to resolve and improve the education program, both digital education and in-person education.
This person will also be responsible for selling, educating and scheduling the Independent Educators to support sales initiatives internally and amount various distributors. The Brand Education Manager will lead various annual trainings, both in-office and digitally, develop educator and customer relationships and motivate education teams to help facilitate sales and customer experience.
The Brand Education Manager will be the inspiring and passionate face of the framesi brand in front of top customers, independent educators and distributors. The successful candidate will embody our brand values with the ability to articulate and prioritize education as a key foundation for the success of the brand. The Brand Education Manager will nurture a close dynamic relationship with all the top educators, providing on-going coaching to ensure the team is highly motivated, connected, engaged and that the brand messaging is consistent. Leading the development of educational materials and activation assets, this role will be responsible for ensuring the network of independent educators have all the tools and knowledge required to deliver an industry leading education program.
The position is in-house at Framesi North America Headquarters in Leetsdale, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling, management, execution and follow up for all Education programs. This includes shipment of materials from Framesi NA home office and follow up with Distribution and/or Customers to ensure that all materials have been received.
2. Schedule, manage, execute and follow up on all Trade and Distributor shows. This includes attending each Distributor show as the show coordinator or deeming a coordinator in the Education Coordinator’s absence.
3. Book and/or assist in travel arrangements for all Distributor and field education events
4. Managing and maintaining acceptable costs for travel and other fees (as needed) for all Educators
5. Prepare, Manage and Execute Education-related Video Development Shoots to grow framesi’s digital education video library
6. Prepare, Manage and Submit Education Department Budgets
7. Prepare, Update and Manage all Education Department related Manuals and training materials
8. Updating the National Events calendar on a weekly basis and sending to all appropriate field staff and Distributor education departments.
9. Service and manage all New Customer Education follow up with the field staff assistance.
10. Assist field staff to recruit and interview all potential new Technicians candidates and schedule all Pre Certification and Certification trainings.
11. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting Requirements for Monthly Operations Meetings and as requested
12. Work closely with the Director of Business Planning, National Sales Manager and framesi creative director on all formats for new door and higher education making suggested changes, potential new formats needed.
13. Work closely with the framesi Creative Director on Top Educator training formats and all items associated with the planning of the training (product, mannequin heads, etc)
14. Work with the framesi marketing and social media department to promote education through email blasts, social media platform posts and print marketing materials.
15. Consistently update and review all education formats with change suggestions and enhancements
16. Consistently review related industry education events and programs to ensure we are relevant and up to date with the latest activity and trends
17. Work with the framesi Product Development department to prepare and coordinate bi-annually (or more frequently as needed) Product Updates
18. Ensure that top customers within the framesi loyalty program are receiving education and aware of educational programs and promotions
19. Assist field staff in booking all no charge EMC education for Blue Diamond, Diamond and Sapphire accounts.
20. Assisting the Framesi NA Distributor Stores Coordinator to assign and maintain a booking schedule of in aisle store demo support from Framesi Technicians.
21. Review and approve Framesi Technician education reimbursements (Service Agreements) prior to sending to assigned field staff for their second level approval.
22. Assist and Execute routine Zoom Trainings with Framesi Educators
23. Attend in-house Framesi monthly operations meetings. Maintain all reports required for the monthly operations meeting: events summary, current year technician fees paid, etc.
24. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
