Fraction Hiring for HR Assistant Summer Internship at London Full Time

At MPCH Labs we turn cutting edge cryptography into enterprise products which improve business process management to a level beyond what is otherwise possible today. We seek to deliver MPC wallets that couple bank-grade security with unlimited enterprise functionality.

That starts with our institutional grade MPC wallet, Fraction, for companies in the crypto sector who need to take full control of their assets. Fraction is the first user-controlled platform that works around the client and, unlike other wallet providers, is agile enough to keep up with the front office.

We are a fast-growing start-up company and are in search for an energetic, highly motivated, and focused individual to join the MPCH family. You will share our fundamental belief in the power and ubiquity of Multi Party Computation (MPC) to create enterprise products that fundamentally improve business process across sectors.

About the Role

You will be reporting into the Head of HR Operations to provide compliance and support to build the global department from scratch.

This internship will provide you an opportunity to learn about our company. You will work alongside the MPCH family, building key relationships within the company. As an Intern you will have the chance to participate in a variety of activities and collateral projects designed to provide exposure to the business and further develop your skills.

You must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in process improvements efforts for HR and business operations
• Analyse data & information, develop recommendations, and build presentations
• Assist in the writing, coordination, and publishing of HR communications to support the HR department projects and initiatives
• Participate in business/corporate meetings, as directed, to build business acumen and provide influence around processes
• Seeks to stay current and continually improve knowledge in the field of HR
• Assist with on-boarding functions, including sending new hire documents, creating onboarding folders, requesting access key fobs, opening IT tickets, and setting up New Hire Orientation
• Exercise discretion and security in maintaining the value of information entered to the database
• Keep all proprietary and confidential data entries in line with the company integrity policies
• Work in collaboration with cross functional teams to schedule candidate interviews
• Deliver incredible colleague experience through all interactions
• Perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion

Requirements

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills allowing you to work well with colleagues across departments at many levels
• Well organised, with strong relationship building and time management skills
• Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders, balance numerous projects simultaneously, prioritise deadlines and effectively work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Degree qualified or working towards – Business Management, Human Resources Management or Law
• Most important is that you are enthusiastic to learn, pick up new things quickly and have strong drive.
