FR Consultancy Hiring for Business Analyst – Payments / ETF at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Location: Sydney

Status: Valid visa with Full working rights

Role1: Business Analyst – Payment SME (Banking/Payments – NPP, GPP, Pay ID, Pay2, Digital Banking and Payments transformation experience)

Skills:

  • Elicitation of business requirements to decompose features reflecting benefits, dependencies, risks and priorities
  • Effectively communicates requirements to stakeholders, manages conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business needs and translate these into requirements
  • Breaking down business requirements into epics, features and stories, writing, validating and estimating user stories, mapping current and future business processes
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions at any stage of a project

Role2: Business Analyst – ETF / Charles River (Experience working with ETF – ideally with Charles River, or other e-trading web platforms)

Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
  • [Must] Good understanding of ETF flows between the Authorized participant and the ETF Issuer, in-kind transactions, and basket creation.
  • Good Understanding of Portfolio composition file & Cash Baskets, Peripheral functions like ETF Custody, Clearing, Transfer agency & Fund Administration is a plus.
  • Experience working on any ETF COTS product ( ex: Charles River) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Analyse business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps.
  • Good data analysis skills with SQL query and overall understanding of application works.
