FPS FOOD PROCESS SOLUTIONS CORP. Hiring for Shipping Clerk at Richmond, BC Full Time

We are seeking an energetic Shipping Clerk to support our Operation team. The successful candidates will be responsible for shipping plans and arranging transportation details for our shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support Logistic Manager to arrange shipment plan

Prepare shipping documents for all shipment

Communicate with the courier for parcel pick up

Arrange transportation of major components from manufacturer to jobsite

Pack & mail urgent parcel

Qualifications & Abilities

Completion of High School Diploma

1-2 years of reference working experience

Work independently and under pressure

Good command of spoken and written English and knowledge of Chinese is desirable

Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment with a focus on providing the best level of service for the customer is considered an asset

Highly organized and detailed-oriented with a strong background in logistics, documentation and time-management

Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook

Immediately available is preferred
