FPS FOOD PROCESS SOLUTIONS CORP. Hiring for Receiving Clerk at Richmond, BC Full Time

We are seeking an energetic Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing supplies and products in our Operation team. The successful candidates will be responsible for receiving shipments on a loading dock and involved with tasks such as compiling and maintaining records of quantity, type and value of raw materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving and inspection of incoming raw materials

Complete documentation for all incoming materials

Track the inventory usage and ensure sufficient stock

Setup safety stock and provide a date to purchasers for replenishment

Monitor inventory and conduct cycle count. Investigate and escalate discrepancies for root cause and corrective actions

Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications & Abilities

Completion of High School Diploma

Good command of spoken and written English, and knowledge of Chinese is desirable

Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment with a focus on providing the best level of service for the customer is considered an asset

Detailed-oriented with a strong background in logistics, documentation and time-management

Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends as needed

Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Forklift certification and experience operating a standup forklift is an asset.

Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook
