We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and analytical Director of Sales to join our team and lead our sales department. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the sales team and managing client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include having an in-depth understanding of the market, competitive products, and excellent communication and customer service skills to drive the team towards achieving sales goals. Additionally, you will identify areas for improvement, develop sales plans and strategies, and collaborate with the product team to create effective print and online/offline promotional materials of sales. Building and expanding the core sales team and developing training programs will also be essential to your role. Your ultimate objective will be to ensure our organization meets its sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
· Sales Opportunity Identification: Actively seek out potential sales opportunities, with a specific focus on the Affordable Connectivity Program and Lifeline business development. This might involve conducting market research, identifying target customers, and understanding their needs and pain points.
· Upselling and Cross-selling: Utilize knowledge of Foxx Development Inc.’s product or service portfolio to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers. This could involve offering complementary products or premium features to increase revenue.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build, develop, and manage strong and sustainable relationships with key customers. Ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and high retention rates are critical to long-term business success.
· Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with various teams within the organization, such as legal, finance, and product development, to finalize sales contracts and ensure smooth processes.
· Business Expansion: Drive business expansion in the consumer electronics sector by identifying and engaging potential distribution networks. This might involve forming partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, or other stakeholders.
· Innovative Programs and Partnerships: Implement innovative sales programs and form strategic partnerships to generate additional revenue streams. This could involve creating exclusive bundles, promotional offers, or loyalty programs.
· Maintaining Relationships with Retailers: Maintain strong relationships with national sales retailers and market launch teams to ensure effective product placement and promotion.
· Contributing to Organizational Changes: Be proactive in contributing ideas and strategies to enhance revenue growth and reduce customer acquisition costs. This could include proposing process improvements, refining sales techniques, or exploring new market segments.
Requirements:
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the Consumer Electronics industry, with a focus on the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Lifeline business development.
. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
· Proven experience working with mobile carriers, regional distributors, or wholesalers.
· Proven track record in driving revenue growth and pursuing sales opportunities.
· Excellent team player and individual contributor, with the ability to work well with others and contribute individually.
· Expertise in developing and managing customer relationships, with a proven ability to cultivate loyalty and high retention rates.
· Self-motivated and quick learner, with a proactive approach to pursuing sales and business development opportunities.
· Strong negotiation skills, with experience in finalizing sales contracts.
· Success in generating significant cash flow and driving annual revenue growth.
· Experience with business expansion, product launches, and churn reduction.
