A global, for purpose organisation, based in Melbourne CBD and all across Australia, are looking for a Talent Partner to join their team and assist them in taking the TA function to the next level.

This role can be done from anywhere in Australia, full remote working arrangements are available.

An extremely flexible employer, they’re looking for a TA Specialist who is keen to work in a fast paced environment and suggest new ways of working. This is a TA role with that opportunity to be involved in a little something extra.

As Talent Partner, your day to day duties will include;

• Meet with hiring managers and take details job briefs
• Writing advertisements, screening responses and presenting a qualified shortlist
• Source candidates via various platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Provide effective candidate care, as well as accurate maintenance of employment documentation and records
• Providing advice and support for interviews including coaching on competency-based interviewing
• Various other ad hoc recruitment related duties, such as assessment centres
• Deliver against key performance and recruitment metrics

Ideally you will have previous experience recruiting in Health, Aged Care, Disability or Employment Services – or similar sectors. As well as;

• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter or similar
• Experience with social networking platforms and social recruiting strategies
• Fantastic stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to develop trust and credibility at senior levels
• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
• The ability to effectively source and engage passive candidates
• An adaptable and flexible approach to quickly changing business needs and requirements
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications and recruitment platforms
