The Company
Our client is experiencing growth and looking to bring on an expert Accounts Payable Officer on a temporary to permanent basis. Based in the centre of the City near Town Hall, you will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader on a day to day basis.

The Role
You will have previous experience working as a full function Accounts Payable Officer with duties including but not limited to:

  • Processing invoices at a high volume
  • Credit notes
  • Data entry
  • Expense processing
  • Month end accruals
  • Daily, weekly & monthly payment runs
  • Maintaining financial records
  • Credit Card reconciliations

Your Skills & Experience
You will have prior experience and be confident in a high volume and fast-paced Accounts Payable role using large ERP systems daily. A detail-oriented person with clear and concise communication skills would be essential for this role.

  • Previous experience in accounts payable is essential.
  • Strong experience with Oracle would be ideal.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
