Job Description: Four Star Services is looking for a reliable, self-motivated, ambitious individual that is willing to put forth the effort to take our business to the next level. The ideal candidate has experience in brokerage sales with a proven track record of success in sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships, maintaining your new accounts, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
-Creating new and innovative ways to help support your customers business needs.
-Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various sales channels.
-Manage and maintain newly formed customer accounts until further assistance is warranted.
-Price lane opportunities and develop lane consistency through contractual agreements.
-Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance the company’s services.
-Provide timely and accurate s to management on sales activities, customer performance, and market trends.
-Be able to adapt and successfully execute all other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related fields.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service and logistics in a 3PL environment.
-Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Access and Excel).
-Be able to learn new operating systems and adapt to old ones (AS400/TL2000)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

About Us: Four Star Services is a family-owned company looking to expand its’ brokerage department by bringing on more satisfied customers that rely on our ability to service them reliably. Our goal is to take the logistical burden off of our customers plate, so that they can work on the part of their business that they do best.
Shift and schedule: 8-10 hours Mon.-Fri.
Pay: $45,000-$250,000 (Base + Commission of 18% GM in first year)
