The ideal candidate must be highly collaborative, manage effective internal partnerships, keep the business at the forefront of innovative talent acquisition, and deliver results. You will partner with peers in HR, technology vendors and hiring managers to provide metrics and insights that inform the recruiting strategy and drive the execution of hiring plans.

• Act as strategic business partner to key stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Translate forecasted operational growth into a hiring plan that delivers results.
• Effectively use a variety of technology tools ranging from UKG Recruit and Onboard, career site, online job sites, social media recruiting, chatbot, communication tools.
• Support recruiting team by providing clear procedures and continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to strategic workforce planning and provide market intelligence to fully understand future skill demand and plan resources accordingly.
• Establish innovative sourcing strategies to enhance diversity and depth of candidate pools.
• Develop and grow partnerships with local community organizations to provide opportunities to challenged candidates
• Collaborate with analytics experts to provide meaningful metrics and information that can drive people decisions and process improvements.

What you bring

• 8+ years of experience in corporate recruiting and/or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience leading people – managing and coaching a team of recruiters.
• A bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Track record of career growth driven by results in recruitment, sourcing, and innovation.
• Ability to develop and enhance full lifecycle recruiting processes across different job families.
• Skilled at prioritizing conflicting demands and distribute work across multiple recruiters.
• Hands-on experience leveraging leading online job sites, social media, and communication technologies.
• Effective collaboration, strong leadership, and clear communication skills with abilities to effectively lead, mentor and influence senior business leaders in Talent Acquisition decisions.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
