The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is an intimate retreat steeped in history and set in picturesque countryside surroundings. With nearly 250 full time employees, the HR team is a busy and exciting department.

The People & Culture is an essential member of the Human Resources team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our employees. The role predominantly focuses on all areas of HR administration, with a strong focus on the recruitment and employee administration. The People & Culture Administrator is also involved in HR training and general employee relations. The role is the first point of contact for the HR team.

The ideal candidate will live up the Golden Rule with passion for HR and people interactions.

Previous experience within the HR field and hospitality industry would be beneficial.

Excellent administrative skills required.
