Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking an Accounting Generalist to join our dynamic Finance Team and support our properties both Palm Beach and Surf Club . Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting in maintaining a system of purchase orders, receipts, invoices and check requests in order to promptly and adequately support, document and process for payment all hotel payables. Ensure that all vendors are paid according to the agreed terms and to Four Seasons policies and procedures. Prepare the hotel’s daily bank deposits, control all House Funds, and issue, audit and maintain all House Banks according to Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. policies and procedures. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum three to 12 months experience in a related position with Four Seasons or other organizations

• High School/College education or equivalent experience

• Requires a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals

• Good command of the English language

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
