Full Job Description

Unity Dispatch is seeking skilled dispatchers to join our rapidly expanding team. As a dispatcher, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the dispatch of mulptiple vehicles across the USA. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate with drivers and brokers to provide updates on load details and status updates. Additionally you will be responsible for negotiating rates based on current market conditions and analyzing market data in order to place your trucks in desirable markets. Commissions are paid weekly at 3% of the total gross revenue of the load. This is a 1099 position, for those seeking a W2 position please do not apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $37,923.22 – $45,670.98 per year
