I am working exclusively with a client in their search for a HR Advisor. This is a brand new role where you will work to establish the HR function within a growing business. Below is an overview of some of the tasks you will take responsibility for:
Supporting Managers with all areas of HR advice and guidance on policies and processes
Maintaining and updating employee records
HR administration for the whole employee lifecycle
Guiding Managers on recruitment for their departments
Onboarding new starters
Co-ordinating probationary and absence review meetings
Sourcing appropriate learning solutions for employees and Managers
Advising on a range of company benefits
Working with the wider business on employee engagement and retention
My client is looking for a driven and passionate individual, with excellent organisational skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. In return for your hard work my client is offering a competitive package, inclusive of CIPD study support post probationary period.
Please note this is a hybrid role with the opportunity to do a couple of days a week from home, and time spent in the office will be split between sites in Birchwood and Wigan.
