What is the opportunity?

Working with the Fountain Life Operations Team, the Education Coordinator will assist with the Learning Management System platform and coordinate the logistics of educational activities in support of Fountain Life physicians and clinical staff.

What will you do?

• Assist with management of the Learning Management System, housing clinical and continuing education activities
• Utilize project management tools to manage and coordinate timely educational activity
• Build courses in the Learning Management System
• Manage learner enrollments and completions in the Learning Management System
• Run reports for learner engagement in the Learning Management System
• Communicate learner engagement, course completions, and other data points with stakeholders
• Functions as a resource to physicians/presenters of educational content
• Create, distribute, and interpret surveys
• Evaluate the educational activities pathways for opportunities to improve
• Collaborate with the marketing division to promote learner engagement for target audiences
• Attend meetings as scheduled
• Collaborate and support the clinical staff in other educational duties as assigned

What do you need to succeed?

Functional Expertise:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in correspondence/educational content creation
• Prioritizes tasks and projects and asks for help when needed
• Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical systems and procedures

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or health performance related field
• Two years of experience in one of the following areas: education, wellness, nutrition, health education/coaching, or healthcare
• Experience with a Learning Management System preferred
• Experience with marketing medical education preferred

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
