What will you do?

This position is an integral part of Fountain Life’s overall growth and culture. The Controller will be tasked primarily with the financial reporting for Fountain Health Insurance and assisting in the accounting functions of the other centers of Fountain Life.

• Month end close tasks including preparing and booking journal entries and maintaining account reconciliation schedules
• Assisting in coordinating and preparing internal financial statements and reporting variances
• Assisting in providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
• Assisting in developing and monitoring business performance metrics
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets or forecasts
• Preparing monthly statements for Insurance billings to customers

Must-Have’s:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting finance or equivalent, CPA desired
• Solid knowledge of GAAP
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency with data analysis, critical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Have’s:

• Experience working for an insurance company
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Experience with multi-company reporting

Salary Is negotiable based on experience.
