What will you do?

The Accounting Clerk will be tasked with:

• Ensure accuracy of vendor invoices and confirm that the correct general ledger account codes are used
• Input all accounts payable invoices daily in the AP platform
• Generate payment to vendors on a routine schedule
• Perform bi-monthly reconciliations between AP platform and Quickbooks
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries
• Procure all applicable forms from all vendors

Must-Have’s:

• Associate’s degree in accounting with relevant work experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic office and accounting software programs

Nice-to-Have’s:

• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Experience in AP Platform (Bill.com)
• Experience with multi-company reporting
