POSITION SUMMARY

The Supervisor, Enrollment Center is responsible for managing staff and the day-to-day operations for outreach, enrollment processes and for specific contractual projects; as well as new recruitment efforts that transpire for Fountain House and its partnering clubhouses. This exciting new role will supervise projects and take part in the actual work of enrollment navigation all with the shared goal of increasing access of the clubhouse model to more individuals with SMI across many spectrums of need.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and implementation of a new Enrollment Center serving Fountain House and participating clubhouses.
• Manage systems, operations, and workflows based on specific statements of work meeting contractual obligations and targeted goals for the outreach and recruitment of specific populations.
• Hire, train and supervise a team of staff ensuring productivity and targeted outcomes.
• Schedule and supervise a team of staff for 7 day-a-week, 10 hour-a-day operation and be on-call outside of a 40-work week for any urgent supervisory needs during operating hours.
• Lead outreach to a defined number of potential participants using the contact information provided.
• Use innovative strategies to engage the hard-to-reach, difficult-to-engage populations.
• Communicate in a manner that fosters relationships and builds trust with the outreached individuals to ensure success in educating and presenting the value of the community and the many opportunities Fountain House and other partnering clubhouses have to offer.
• Schedule and facilitate tours for potential applicants and manage the processes for the Enrollment Center’s tour coordination.
• Gather information and complete membership application, assessments, and psychosocial summaries.
• Systemize a warm hand-off of the application and the individual to Fountain House and other partnered clubhouses.
• Learn and keep up-to-date on Fountain House and all partnering clubhouses to be able to ensure appropriate matches to those applications being processed through the Enrollment Center.
• Ensure all outreach efforts and progress is tracked in an organized and systematic manner using the mechanisms developed for such purposes.
• Produce reports on productivity and outcomes during specified intervals and on an as-needed basis.
• Work in an organized, efficient, time-sensitive and deadline-focused manner.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Exemplary interpersonal and conversational skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Proven knowledge of the clubhouse model.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and to conduct assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CREDENTIALS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the clubhouse model.
• Minimum of 2 years in the mental health field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a managerial, coordinator, or supervisory role.
• Undergraduate degree in mental health or social service-related field.
