About the role

With the launch of our best-ever product this July, and serious growth plans, we’re looking for someone to join our newly-formed Talent team. It’s an exciting time to join Foundr, and this position will play a pivotal role in our success moving forward.

Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with Foundr talent across our products, supporting them through every stage of the booking funnel.

What you’ll do:

• Deepen relationships with talent to support key initiatives (marketing and community opportunities, live events, and outreach to other prospective instructors),
• Ensure talent contracts are upheld and seamlessly executed,
• Advocate internally for talent needs and externally with talent to help enable optimal outcomes for both parties,
• Collaborate closely with internal production, marketing, content, creative, and finance teams to optimise and build our instructor relationships,
• Coordination of talent bookings for our podcast and magazine interviews,
• Researching and sourcing talent contacts for our courses and editorial platforms
• Be our eyes and ears for up-and-coming talent to feature within our community,
• Ensure the talent database is kept up to date and includes accurate and relevant information,
• Assist with the rollout of digital assets for featured talent,
• Creation and management of pitch decks and press kits as required.

If we’d worked with you in the last month, you may have:

• Contacted all signed talent to provide support and ensure both parties are meeting the contracted obligations;
• Worked with talent reps to schedule and coordinate ten interviews for the Foundr podcast;
• Collaborated with the content team to ensure assets are ready to be sent to talent to support interview release;
• Researched and produced a list of talent that should be on our radar; and
• Met with our Community Manager to begin organising the FY22 virtual events calendar.

Requirements

Things we’re looking for:

• Detail-oriented and organised
• Collaborative

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal,
• Exceptional time management and account coordination,
• An understanding of influencer relations
• Minimum 1-2yrs PR / Marketing / Talent Agency experience

This is a Melbourne-based role, working out of our South Yarra office and from home.
