We are currently looking for NORWEGIAN speaking customer service representatives working from HOME.

YOUR TASKS:

You advise our Norwegian speaking customers via phone and email and increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently.

Fulltime employees receive:

• Fixed salary of €2080 / month gross

YOU OFFER:

• Fluency in Norwegian and English
• Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
• PC literacy
• Previous customer service experience preferable
• Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
• You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
• You are empathetic and socially competent

REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR WORKPLACE:

• A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)?
• An Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
• Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network?Address?Translation), provide a firewall component, and must be connected to the home network by IPv4
• A separate, quiet and background noise-free room
• Comfortable and ergonomic furniture

• In the first 3 months we will pay you an arrival bonus of 500,00€ to support the start in your new hometown.
• We know that moving homes is quite expensive. Therefore, we will pay you 730,00€ toward relocation expenses. If you move with a company and you can give us the invoice, we can pay up to 1.500€.”
