This is not a traditional executive assistant role. It is a hybrid position that combines founder support, project coordination, cross-functional execution, documentation, business tracking, and strategic follow-ups.This role is ideal for someone who is highly proactive, structured, and eager to work closely with the founder in a fast-moving environment.What You’ll DoManage workflows across teams and ensure internal alignmentProactively track key priorities, launches, action items, and deadlines across functionsPrepare briefs, summaries, decks, reports, and documentationCoordinate investor conversations and maintain weekly MISSupport strategic discussions and special projects directly with the founderFollow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely executionHandle calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and key communicationBring structure, clarity, and consistency to ongoing business prioritiesWhat We’re Looking For1–4 years of experience in a fast-paced environmentStartup, consulting, operations, VC, or Founder’s Office experience preferredCandidates from strong academic backgrounds / reputed colleges preferredHighly proactive, organized, and detail-orientedStrong ownership mindset and ability to execute independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with clarityComfortable working in ambiguity and dynamic situationsQuick learner with strong business understandingWhy Join Us?This role offers direct access to founder-level decision-making and broad exposure across business functions.
